When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of order placement. Delivery takes between 10 and 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize that there may be delays in delivery if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if transportation is delayed by the carrier.

Which countries do you ship to?

How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
